  • I'm a Kiehl's client for close to 20 years. I usually order what I need online but I ran out and knowing I have a Kiehl's store in my mall I went. Before I went I wanted to look up where in the mall it's located because I have a huge mall with lots of levels and different parking garages. So as I look for the store I found the Yelp reviews. I wasn't too happy with what I read. Several reviews had the same type of complaint yet were made at different times. From what I read I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. And I'm thrilled to say my experience was the complete opposite of those reviews . The staff greeted me as I came in and they asked if they could help me. I said I'd look ok my own and they let me wander and enjoy until I started looking confused. Then Anna came to my rescue and helped me find what I wanted. She was very pleasant and when I asked about skincare for my husband she provided me with a nice supply of samples for him to try. We chatted a bit and then said goodbye. Great experience. Exactly what I expect from Kiehl's.
