  • Dr Santos is wonderful; however, this place is poorly run. The individuals working the front desk are often useless and are not able to show any critical thinking. If you have people check-in one minute apart you should probably service the person with the earliest appointment first rather just who is first on the sheet. This office is operated just like an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I'm currently writing this review while waiting 50 min after our scheduled appointment time, one of the many times they've been extremely late. Copy, you only have one doctor working right now but then don't cram as many appointments into the day. The only reason this doesn't get one star is because like I said, Santos is the man and they have sick call/open on the weekend
