WORD OF ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
My first appointment here was in Feb 2017. I was having stomach attacks in the middle of the night and was diagnosed with acid reflux. I was put on Prilosec for 2 months. During that time I had a few more stomach attacks. Fast forward to October 2017: I went in for my physical and drew blood. Super unfriendly lab person. I was asked about my stomach attacks and told the doctor that they still happen occasionally. The next day I had another attack that lasted longer than the previous ones. I went back the next day and told her I was in excruciating pain...she puts me back on Prilosec and nothing else. I have a friend who tells me to ask if it could be my gallbladder and I bring that up to the doctor. She says that it's not. I call back the following day in the same pain and she told me that I just need to wait for the medicine to work. Ok...I go to the ER the next day and low and behold....I have a gallstone lodged in my bile duct...hence the PAIN! The ER doctor asks if I've had his pain before and I said since Feb. Well it turns out that I have to have a procedure to remove the gallstone and then the next day remove my gallbladder because my gallbladder is FULL of gallstones. I was misdiagnosed since Feb. I never had acid reflux and gastritis. After spending 5 days in the hospital I'm at home recovering from 2 surgeries because the doctors here misdiagnosed me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I also told the doctor I had bad anxiety so I think she thought that the pain was all in my head because nothing I said was taken seriously. I will be finding a new doctor ASAP.
