  • When you travel with someone that is in a wheelchair and traveling it's already difficult to begin with. We flew in from Hawaii on Hawaiian Airlines which was perfect then flew on spirit which I was worried about and that went well and then our last flight from Las Vegas to LA on American Airlines took the cake. They insisted that we put our carry-ons in baggage because it was too large. We could fit it in the required bin and showed three different employees that decided to all attack my Mother and I while letting young guys and woman walk past us with their bags that were larger then ours. I calmly and nicely explained to them that having to take my mother to get the bags to baggage claim would be really hard on me and they still insisted. I will never fly American again. I am sitting on this plane looking at the huge bags on the plane and wondering why we were singled out with someone in a wheelchair. They are by far the worst customer service airline that I have taken from the little airlines to the other large carriers.
