| - In town from New York and needed a little pampering, and found this place which had good reviews. I think it's mostly due to the experience: complementary wine (in a dirty glass, with someone else's lip marks) nice chairs, and a flower/lemon soak. I paid extra for a 10 minute foot massage that was "meh". All in, I paid $70 (not including tip) for a basic mani/pedi. There was no area to dry my feet and hands, just spray and oil, so after sitting under the 1 fan for 15-20 minutes, I took my chances and left. 2 hours later my still wet nails were ruined. Where I come from, $70 is at least 2, maybe 3 different trips for a mani/pedi, that probably would have included a complementary back rub, and jetted tubs to massage better than the mess I got here. I'm 100% sure I'll be back to Charlotte again, and 100% sure I won't come here when I do.
