  • I was excited to try Reiki for the first time. My best friend told me about her experience and I wanted to try it. I bought a Groupon to see if I would like it. The treatment I received has made me very skeptical of even trying Reiki at all. I tried to contact right after buying the Groupon with no response. I called everyday for 3 days with no response. I finally got a text stating she was sorry she had not got back to me that I should book online. I told her I was unable to book online due to her needing payment in advance and it would not accept my Groupon. I provided days and times I was available. She again said she would get back to me. 3 days later she text me again apologizing for delay that she would contact me the following day. 2 days later no response. I finally told her I changed my mind and that if she didn't want new business she should not run a Groupon!! Do not pay for this in advance as she wants you may never see your money or services you paid for!! Very flaky!! To bad I may have been a long time customer if this would have worked out. This is supposed to be a spiritual healing. I don't think ignoring someone is the way to build a trusting relationship!! Glad I was able to trade my Groupon for something else.
