  • Why has the escalator here been broken for almost a decade ? Cineplex should be spending whatever they need to bring in the Don of escalator repairs because at this point it just looks lazy and pathetic that the escalator is still not functional. The main food and drink stations by the theatres are never open for purchase so you have to walk back out to the lobby for your overpriced snacks and wait in line with one person tending the till. I understand the movie business is losing money but every time i go to this theater, i get why people would rather pirate movies and watch them at home instead. Also quadrupling the cost of alcohol should be illegal. And they wonder why people sneak in drinks....
