  • Horrible business!!! The manager refuses to take any ownership for the mistakes of the front office staff/receptionists. They lose paperwork, give inaccurate information, etc. Some of the massage therapists (Jessica S. is fantastic) are good, but a few are straight up awful! I had to end a massage early because one lady, despite multiple requests for lighter pressure, left me with bruises all over my back, leaving me fairly unhappy after paying over a hundred dollars for a relaxing massage. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but had multiple billing issues they refused to resolve. I would not recommend a membership to anyone!
