Yah, well...I was getting service with them moving from Comcast because they had said that I would get a deal on cable t.v., and phone. The deal that they said they would get me was not able to happen because I had verizon fios in my area. The person on the line with me making the deal did not check to see if this was the case, or inform me that I might not be able to have phone through them if I had Verizon fios in my area. So, I ended up with just cable t.v. at an alarmingly high rate of 100+ dollars and I was not happy. Then a year later after I realized that it was not worth it for me to have them because they can not get me the channels I want and I am paying too much. I wanted to disconnect service and the lady on the phone tells me I signed a 2 year contract and I need to pay an early termination fee of 200 dollars. No one informed that I was signing a 2 year contract. In fact, I thought that people did away with that kind of thing a long time ago. I know cell phone companies used to make you sign long term contracts, but I had no idea they still did things this corrupt. This company does not help you and all they do is scam you. I am in agreement with Ashley on that one. Who wants to deal with a dishonest, corrupt company? Not me,
