Disappointed is an understatement.
Let me say that I am no stranger to eating out, and often frequent juice bars exactly like this. I understand the cost and effort it takes to source organic local produce, and that having those ingredients can be costly.
The prices of the menu items didn't surprise me, but the actually quantity of the food they give you makes the cost an absolute rip off.
I ordered a 16 oz smoothie, which tasted good not great. Definitely not worth the nearly $9 I paid for it.
What set me off to write this review is the avocado toast. Again, I am not opposed to paying a premium for this type of food, but you better give me my money's worth. Most places that serve avocado toast give you a generous helping, or at least two slices.
I paid $6 for a SINGLE piece of toast with avocado THINLY spread across it. I could have bought an entire loaf of bread and a bag of avocados for less.
I cannot believe I spent $15 on this place. Don't make the same mistake as me. Save your money and go to Tropical Smoothie across the street.
