Came by for dinner the other night and the experience left a lot to be desired. Made a group reservation and surprisingly, we were given a slew of small tables...
The restaurant has a unique venue but it was both loud and hot...in the middle of December...when it's 45F outside...
Started off with the bread and it was mediocre. Too hard and salty.
Moved on to the mixed greens salad and the vegetables weren't too fresh and the salad and plate both had some fridge taste...
Moved on to the Lobster Roll and again, it was pre-made, wasn't fresh, and had too much rice.
The seared ahi tuna came out really dark...didn't seem fresh.
My 8 oz Petite Filet was requested medium rare and came out as such. The meat had a strong flavor and was slightly salty...nothing spectacular here.
The sauteed mushrooms, creamed corn, and garlic mashed potatoes were all mediocre.
Service was okay. The wait staff slammed the dishes on the table and quickly split our side dishes...it was pretty rushed.
...the tap water had a strong chlorine smell...gross.
