It has banh cuon in its name, so their banh cuon should be good. It is not a fancy restaurant, but they have good food for good prices.
The price of the Banh Cuon dishes jump from $4, $6, and $6.50 with no tax to boot. I usually get the first one, the $4 one (i forget the name but has pork in it), or you can get a variation of it with fried bread with a shrimp in it.
There is a residential street just around the corner, so you can park for free while you sit in for your scrumptious meal.
