  • Just moved here and was looking for a good groomer. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with them. My appointment was at 930 am and I was told it would take 5-6 hours. I was very specific with my instrument for each dog. When I picked them up at 315 they looked nice. However when we got home I noticed my one dog's bum hadn't been completely groomed and there was feces still on it. I noticed dirt still attached to some of her hair that hasn't been cleaned and she had a flea. I specifically asked the groomer if she saw any fleas because we had some problems prior and she said no. My dog is white and tan.... Fleas are very easy to see when she's wet. I called and questioned whether they had been bathed and the lady became very rude with me saying the groomer had already left and she would call her. My other dog was supposed to have the hair between his pads on his feet cut short. They were trimmed even with the pads. Needless to say I will not be using this groomer again. I didn't even get the courtesy of a return call and for $105 I would expect something more than was I got.
