  • Vegas Hot has changed me physically and mentally for the better. Being that I work at a desk job sitting for 8 hours a day, my neck and lower back took a toll on me. Most of the classes are taught in hot rooms of 90-105 degrees+ with 40% humidity, which helps blood flow to the muscles and loosen joints. Since joining Vegas Hot over 3+ years ago, I am no longer experiencing any pain or stiffness. The best classes to try is any of Danielle McDonald's. She teaches Hot Sculpt, HOTTER, Hot Step n' Sculpt, Boot Camp... literally all the "kick your a$$-into-shape" high-intensity cardio type of class. You leave her classes drenched. She is an amazing instructor. She motivates you with her style of teaching and her playlists are awesome beats to jam to. **Tip** Arrive 20 mins ahead of time for her classes because it gets packed. Bring lots of water to stay hydrated. Also, If you want to skip the jumping jacks and mountain climbers, but still get a good work out. Hot Barre was another favorite of mines with Jessica Catledge. It has a mixture of Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet moves. Venus Hot is the beginners Yoga class that helps stretch and lengthen the body. Let's set the record straight about the membership fees and what to expect because there's a lot of negative reviews about it. The membership fees are not always the same price. They offer promo's throughout the year, so I'd wait until there's a good deal (mines was $30 auto monthly). Check Groupon as well. DO EXPECT to pay an additional $2.00 fee for each class you take, which goes towards the instructors. So yes, that means your monthly membership is now costing you an additional $$$ depending how often you take a class. If you think about it, these instructors need to make a living too and they are helping all of us whip into shape. Regardless, I've found Vegas Hot to be cheaper and have more time slots to choose from compared to other yoga facilities I've looked into. The building may not look all that grand; it's an old facility yes. But if you put that all aside and go for the purpose of working out, it's not all that bad. Overall, if you want to help improve your state of mind and body OR want a change of pace from the typical gym setup - weights, treadmills, stair masters, etc. I would recommend Vegas Hot 100% to all my family and friends.
