Now if I didn't have all the extra time to kill at the airport for my red-eye flight, I would DEFINITELY have rated this as a 1 star. The entire process took running around a good hour or so regarding their mishap and another half an hour for my mishap -
So this is the first time someone tried to write me for the most minuscule thing. The inspector claims there were hail dents all over the roof. Another Avis agent, a driver, checked afterwards and disagreed. After being told I'm to sign an incident report, I went in to speak with a sales representative. He himself went outside to check the car and confirmed there are no noteworthy damages. They took care of the case and told me not to worry about it. Great team, first time experiencing such chaos though.
