  • This is the second time we took our 13 year old Springer Spaniel there for grooming, first time the groomer did an amazing job, this time she looks like she was groomed by a 5 year old, she does have a weak back leg, the groomer said she had to groom her while she was laying down, no other groomer has ever had this problem grooming her. If she did think she could groom her or didn't want to they should have let me know and I would have gladly picked her up not groomed. To say the least we won't be back for grooming and I get to pay for another grooming appointment to have her redone.
