| - I was going to write a review to tell you about my dinner, and maybe post a picture, but as you will soon read, I wasn't able to do either because I never got my meal!
I walked in at 7:06 PM with barely enough time to eat and get to a meeting down the road at 8:00 PM. I was sixth in line and starting doing the math to see if I could get my dinner, eat it, and get to my meeting. After waiting a reasonable time, I finally got my turn, and they skipped me, as I started to say something, the attendant turned away and broke eye contact as if to hide rather than apologize (strike 1). No problem, I thought, I'll get my turn next and still make it in time! Well, it seemed like an Internet order(?) might have come in, because a guy appeared by the cash register and they started his order instead of waiting on me again! (Strike 2) The manager, who was eating his dinner and "timing" the staff as they waited on everyone except me, even jumped up to greet the guy. I patiently waited for my turn despite getting pretty irritated. I can't even believe what happened next, Yep, they skipped me again! They waited on the person in line behind me again!!!!, (strike 3) your out! I'm out of here! It was now 7:26, and after waiting in line for 20 minutes I had run out of time and patience! Not sure what the deal is, but I'm 6 foot tall, 230 pounds, and I was wearing a fluorescent yellow cycling shirt with a fluorescent yellow back pack, so it wasn't like they couldn't see me! I know a Chipotle manager pretty well in the Harrisburg area, and I know this isn't what they stand for, and I have eaten at several, but this one has a customer service problem. Go next door to Five Guys instead....
