  • We are based in the SF Bay Area and are a "do it yourself" kind of couple. We maintain and manage our own California properties and have been rental property owners since 1998. Being the control freaks that we are - the idea of hiring someone to care for our property as we would was a scary idea. When we purchased our Henderson home we chose to work with a team that would handle both our purchase and rental of our new property and Wasim was a part of that amazing team. He managed to find us a tenant in 1 day (no kidding) after it listed putting our worried minds at ease immediately . Working with him has been ideal because he is always on the ball, very detail oriented and keeps us informed of everything quickly. Having the necessary statements forwarded to us in a timely and organized fashion also helps us out tremendously during tax time. His rental contracts and record keeping are better than I've ever been able to do on my own. We feel safe and secure. After working with him for 2 years we can say that we are genuinely pleased with his performance and attention to our needs. We are proud to have him as an integral part of our team.
