  • Once I realized how much of a rip off this place was I left without paying for them to register my car and I still feel like I was swindled. It's laughable that after paying $23 for the smog check (live and learn) that there is actually an option to tip on their ipad. You can opt to tip 20%, 39% or 49% or be smart and opt for 'no tip'. The overpriced $23 already includes a 49% tip in my opinion. $191 (on a $163 renewal fee) for them to go to the DMV for me, then go back to them and pick up the stickers? I can drive to a kiosk and pay a $3 processing fee for the exact same thing. They then said it would be $213 total to do it online right there and then and the stickers would come in the mail. Gee thanks - such a bargain! I went home and did it online FOR FREE. I accidently went here looking for the Jiffy Smog which is conveniently located in the strip mall just west (and behind) this place. I'm shocked so many 'business owners' use this place for 'their fleet' (stated on Google reviews). That says 2 things to me 1) you're not a very smart business owner and 2) you must be ripping off your own customers in order to cover the inflated charges this place has. I don't care if you have all the money in the world, overpaying unnecessarily is just foolish. How do so many people not realize that many other options other than the DMV exist? Online and kiosks are great, fast, convenient and affordable options.
