My husband and I booked a 3 bedroom. We originally booked three nights but decided a week before arrival we wanted to only stay two nights. My husband contacted reservations and the lady said she would not be able to credit us back our points unless someone else books the room. When we arrived the lady who checked us in stated the room was already booked by another owner. My husband called today to have them credit our points back for the one night and they said they couldn't because the other person who booked it also canceled. Had we known this we would have just stayed another night. Now we're losing the points that were once promised back to us. Also, when we arrived it was 4pm (check in time) but the room was not available until 5:30pm. This made it very difficult being that we have a seven week old baby and a 22 month old toddler. Plus we had guest with us as well. The floors were very dirty and when we were leaving at 12pm which was check out time the housekeeper stood outside of our door for twenty minutes waiting very unpatiently until we left. We are very dissatisfied with not just this location but the whole timeshare in general. We have been owners since 2000 and have paid every month faithfully and have also upgraded to Travelshare which is not cheap. You would think that they wouldn't have a problem with giving us our points back for one night regardless of their policies. In the future we will sit down at your presentations, take the points and never upgrade again.
