I will not be using Tiger Lily again. First of all they did NOT deliver on the date requested and I was given an insulting response. First representative stated their system generates the request the same day order is place. Clearly there is a calendar that request your delivery date. Then, I doubled checked my paper confirmation and it clearly had the correct date. When I called to advise my request was crystal clear, I was told my another rep that is was a computer glitch. Then, the bouquet that was delivered was missing flowers from the photo pic. They have a way of making you feel they could care less. Too much competition to waste any more $$$ with them.
