I have only been to Eldorado Grill once and I have to say it was good.
We started with the street tacos and empanadas. The flavors were quite full, but balanced. The cheese in the empanadas was very rich, but the exterior was a lot lighter to balance it out. The tacos were a bit laking in flavor, but ok for a lite bland flower.
I had the enchiladas. My wife had the salmon. I would highly recommend the salmon. It was ample, perfectly done. The glaze had the perfect amount of sweetness and seasoning. The enchiladas were more like to small taquitos without any sauce. The rice and beans that came with the enchiladas were ok, but a bit bland as well.
The pecan pie was pretty awesome. It has chocolate chips on the bottom and on the crust. I would prefer more praline instead of chocolate chips, but it was still pretty good.
I didn't have anything off the regular menu we only had the Restaurant Week Menu. There regular menu may be quite different.
