  • I've been to this LensCrafters a few times and purchased my glasses from here. The glasses were delivered very quickly: 8 business days instead of the projected 14. The challenge was that once I got them they weren't adjusted properly. After a few days I came in for an additional adjustment because my ear was hurting from the pressure from the position of the frame. A second adjustment didn't fix it. I came in a third time and they adjusted it again--this time the glasses didn't hurt to wear for extended periods anymore. 3-and-a-half months later I returned with a new complaint. Although I bought the upper-tier "scratch-proof" lenses and methodically treat my possessions carefully, my lenses were getting scratched rather easily. The store manager told me that the lenses were defective (she also discovered that the lenses were brittle, they had chips within the frame that I couldn't see until they were removed) and that she'd replace them at no cost. Ultimately I'm leaving a 4 star rating because, although I had issues, I'm really happy with my glasses, their quality, the price, the warranty and, most of all, my most recent customer service experience involving the store manager.
