Found this repair shop by checking Yelp reviews and other web sources and I'm so glad I did. This is one of those hard-to-find gems of an honest shop that does good work. They are polite and will just do what you need. I've been there several times now with three of our cars, for inspections and minor repairs. After taking my 2006/near 100K mile Prius in for a recall to the dealer recently, I was (of course) pressured to do several hundred dollars worth of maintenance. I knew it was probably time, but preferred to take it to Homer's for the work, knowing it would be cheaper and wanting to support a local small business. I did not expect them to actually CHECK the recommended items and then tell me that even with the mileage on the car, the fluids and parts were in good shape and I did not need the work. There are several other examples of their principled approach but I won't go on any longer. Go to Homer's.
