  • Amazon was giving me problems with a return this morning. They gave me a scan code but the UPS store could not authorize it. It was an Amazon issue for sure. Well as I was yelling at some guy in India who worked for Amazon, the UPS store employee came to the rescue and just asked me to re submit the return with a USPS label. Customer service knocked out of the park! I'll definitely come here for all my shipping need! Good job!!!!!
