Poor customer service.
A friend bought a jacket who fit her horribly! My beef:
- the lady who served her didn't bother to tell her that the jacket is too big for her.
- when I go with her to return/exchange the jacket for a smaller size. They refuse to give her a credit because it was final sales. Though she is welcomed to exchange for another size. But the manager admits that it was the smallest size they carry....?!?? Why did you sold her the unfitted jacket in the first place?
- the manager was quite petite as well. I asked about the jacket that she is wearing. And, she responded that it is not from this store. Nice... Even the employees don't wear their clothes.
- another note, you must exchange and returns in the store that you initially bought the items. Weird that the stores are not affiliated?!??
