| - Went to Phoenix, Arizona for a conference and stying at 'Westin, downtown Phoenix hotel. Had a long day and flight was a bit delayed, so decided to check out the hotel restaurant. The ambiance is modern and a touch of elegance at the same time comfortable for my liking. The menu selection it seems a small one, but they are of good selection. To start with I have ordered their beef cheeks, the beef meat was tender literally melts on your mouth the corn purée garnishing
was appetizing and light, I was going to scrape the last of it if I was not thinking of how good my main dinner dish would be. So as I have pictured the Pan Roasted Sea Bass on this review, the presentation was very attractive the black rice and the Marvin's romesco sauce was a perfect match to the delightful pan roasted Sea Bass and black forbidden rice. I could not dare to choose on their array of wine selection so I went with my usual 'Cosmo' martini.... all time fav. My server Tyler was a very accommodating, cute young lady, she had excellent customer service, very helpful and informative of my dinner selection, my compliments to the young men named Adrian who made sure I have a full glass cold iced water the whole entire dinner time. With that said, it's a wonderful dinner experience. I will for sure recommend to business peers, friends and family alike.
