Poke has become a valley wide phenomenon! There is a east valley saturation of poke restaurants but I ain't complaining! When we walked into poke bar the sweet girls behind the counter offered us samples and I was hooked on the wasabi cream tuna! Holy smokes!! So zesty and spicy and of course, creamy!
The bias was out of control- never even gave the other proteins a shot. I topped it with fresh jalapeƱo, cucumber, red onion, sriracha, seaweed salad and crabmeat!
Inhaled... and GONE.
We agreed that the simplicity of Poke Bar makes it our favorite thus far, but there is only 1 ingredient that we wish would added to the menu: PICKLED RED ONION. In a poke bowl it brings all the flavors together and makes all the difference!
