Do a better job running and planning your restaurant "son". Running out of food two hours before you close either means you have no idea what you are doing, don't give a s#!t about your customers, or you had just an incredibly larger amount of people than you've ever had.
Heard about inventory tracking much "son"? Heard about effective management "son"? Probably not as your answer to your customers is basically f#@k you.
