  • I'm not sure if Jose is going through some family issues, or if has just bit off on more projects than he can fulfill, but I'm forced to look for someone else. I own a rental property in Surprise, and at first Jose jumped in, drew up a quick estimate for some landscaping and general property clean-up, and I thought we were good-to-go. That was back in November, 2014! Through sporadic emails and virtually no returned phone-calls, the project has never been done. Finally, in May, he wrote back to say he wanted to re-vist the house to re-draft an estimate. We were hopeful, however, he never got around to doing that. Jose is a nice enough fella; he just doesn't have good business etiquette.
