  • I have stayed here several times before with no problems. But on this trip it went to hell. 1st I paid for a deluxe king got a standard and still charged the same. Next I had to listen to the shower and toilet run all night. Taking a shower was another adventure. I was scalded on several occasions the water in the shower would go from scalding hot to freezing cold. The bathroom was so outdated and there was rust and mold everywhere. The next thing about this room 1249 was right next to the stairwell so everyone would go out there to smoke so you will hear the door open and closing all night or should I say opening and slamming. I am so disappointed that they did not at least offer to move my room or at least upgrade me to something better or give me what I paid for. 4 nights in this room never again! Now I guess it's time to find another hotel downtown. I hope that management sees this and contacts me. Not only am I posting this here but on all other travel sites. I did turn in one of your survey cards to the front desk. 4/14/2016-4/18/2016
