This company charged me twice for the same amount 3 days apart. I was unable to get ahold of them to discuss the issue and processed a dispute through Chase. The company provided Chase with a duplicate receipt, forging my signature and claiming they came out and provided services twice. Why would I want the same service, getting talked into the same add on services again, 3 days apart? Chase Bank sided with me thankfully and issued me a new credit card. I'm shocked, completely shocked.
