  • I had been going to this salon for the last year and Mimi was my tech. She is really sweet but when she went on vacation, I called to make an appointment and the man who answered the phone said after I told him my name, "we are busy, call back later" and then he hung up. After that and the fact that no matter when I made an appointment, I always waited 15-30 minutes, I decided it was time for a change.
