  • I used to love forever 21 and this location. They have gotten ridiculous with their return/exchange policy and I'm pretty sure a requirement to work in the Scottsdale one is to hate your job and anyone who comes in. I've never felt so unwelcomed or terrible for wanting to exchange a piece of clothing I never got to wear in the first place because it didnt fit. Their online customer service is even worse. They do have cute, cheap clothes which justifies the fact I had to give them 1 star, but so does H&M who also has a way nicer staff and is more understanding about returns/exchanges.
