Here are my main grievances with CPMG:
Told I could send in rent, when I received utility bill from them. Then charged $150 in late rent fees.
Had to request my utility bill 13/16 months to avoid more fees.
No solid point of contact. Have talked to over 10 people from CPMG.
Despite requesting maintenance on 12 occasions, only came out to location 2 times.
Spent the summer without AC and a winter without heat
Was charged over $100 for not replacing light bulbs that hung on 20 foot high ceiling.
Provided me with all of owners contact information, including what they charge them.
