  • Here for my daughter's sweet 16 with 9 teen girls. Must have overbooked for the holiday. Do not book the Pool Cabana special, your room that comes with it won't be ready and your cabana will not be by the pool. I usually love this place, hope it gets better from here... Will update the review accordingly. *Update: the management did work to get us rooms as check in was at 10:00 for this promotion. We ended up with one at 11:30 and the second at around 1:30. Not quite 10, but the effort was appreciated. The service continued to be slow all day at the pool, several requests weren't fulfilled but when mentioned again were taken care of quickly. Definitely feels like a staffing change since my previous visits or perhaps just understaffed. It was not the memorable time that I've experienced previously and I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
