  • I love sweets (and know my sweets well). Yelp had a lot of great reviews so expectations were crazy high. It's best to access Von Doughnuts with transit; however, you can find a lot of free street parking within the area. They have an extensive list of donuts on their menu and each day features only a fraction of their list. The donuts here all have unique names with original mixtures of ingredients. My friend was visiting so I picked up two donuts for us to share (Peanut Butter & Jam and Creme Brulee). Both of which I've had at other doughnut shops so I had something to compare to. For the price, both donuts were smaller than expected. Taste wise, I wasn't blown away. My experience was just 'meh.' Good for: doughnuts
