  • Went in on my friend's birthday because she wanted her cartilage pierced. I have never been treated so poorly. We called before just to make sure, and then went in 30 mins before they closed (plenty of time). When we got there Kat, one of the piercers, started making really rude accusations towards us and cursing. We left immediately and went somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed by their unprofessional demeanor and will never go back again. HTC Tempe, you just lost 3 frequent customers.
