  • Prior to getting my kitten I did a lot of research on where to have her check-ups and vaccinations. I had emailed and contacted a whole bunch of different clinics nearby on pricing and various attitudes through email or phone conversations made me hesitate from going there. Also checking reviews helped a lot as well. They have a feline only exam room which I really love and find not a lot of clinics have this, at least from what I've read online. I emailed them inquiring about prices and general questions. They were so prompt with responding and were very informative with their emails. I appreciated that they were clear and gave me the information that I was looking for that it made deciding to go to them so easy. They never pressure me to call or be secretive with their pricing as some of the other clinics were. I was able to schedule an appointment with them easily via email. When we went in for her first check-up, the staff were so friendly and nice. They made us feel so comfortable and that helped eased any hesitations that we had. They never rushed us ever, they made sure to answer any questions that we had. They gave us a little goody bag for our first visit and I can't say how much this has helped us. The information and magnets included in the bag gave us resources and who to contact during emergencies/prevent emergencies. Very thankful for that. Fast forward to our last vaccination and check up visit, they continue to answer any questions/inquiries that I have. We love this clinic and their staff so much! Spreading the word about how great everyone at this clinic is!
