| - I absolutely loved Bouchon at The Venetian. It's classic Keller, a calm and beautiful oasis in the middle of the hot and hectic desert. If you feel like getting a little fancy, this is the place to be.
I recommend getting outdoor seating if you can, the garden is lovely. However, if it's too hot for you, then inside is just as ornate and beautiful with the bonus of air conditioning.
The food here is standard brunch fare made very, very well. My recommendations is to get the Croque Madame, the Beignets with fresh jam and chocolate with hazelnut, and the chicken and waffles. Usually, the chicken and waffles is only available on the weekends, but if you ask nicely and you order in advance or are prepared for a 35 - 40 minute wait, they will prepare it for you.
I also love how tucked away it is. Requiring an elevator ride and a gorgeous walk through a part of the Venetian you wouldn't see on the ground floor.
