  • I had my 2009 taxes done by Ofelia Ronquillo and was auditted. I tried contacting their office several times but no answer. I also tried going to their office to see what they can do to help me out, but the office was always closed. After several months of figuring out why I was auditted, I went to H&R block and explained to me what she did wrong. She claimed my car under Alternative vehicle. When I got a hold of their office and told her about the audit. The explanation that she gave was that theres nothing that she can do and that I should just ask IRS to make payment plans for me. Then she turns around and told me that it was my fault.She told me that I had asked her for help so I wouldnt have to pay IRS $905 for that year. Then She said that even though she knew that I couldnt claim that car under the alternative vehicle, she didnt anyway to "HELP" me out. Then she said that she explained to me that I might be auditted. What person in there right state of mind would agree to that? Bottom line, THESE people are FRAUD!!!!! I am also planning on taking further action so these people cant do this to other people.
