They offered to "clean" my husbands ring and literally ruined the finish. I called them and they blew it off and told me we would see the hammered finish in a week or so and it was just "brighter" now. It had a hammered sandblasted matte finish that is now non existent. Maybe they are used to dealing with cheap zales shit and don't know how to handle real craftmenship. We went to a real jeweler and had her assess the damage and she agrees they buffed out the hammering and the finish. Luckily she can try and save it, but if not we will have to have it sent to the original jeweler and recasted. Basically if you don't want your wedding ring ruined, don't go here!!!
