  • Service was adequate until husband had dental abscess-dentist looked at x-ray and diagnosed need for root canal on opposite side of mouth. Called after-hours emergency line when pain and swelling worsened, was initially told need for antibiotics "was not an emergency." When I insisted I needed to speak to a dentist, was told there were no dentists on-call. Husband ended up at urgent care for antibiotics, and saw a (non Smile Bright) dentist who is fantastic. No one from Smile Bright ever contacted me regarding concern.
