  • Whatever you do, do not use this company. All of the other reviews are absolutely correct. Their communication is 100% TERRIBLE. We booked this a couple months in advance. You will get all kinds of reassurance from Desiree in the beginning and then will barely hear from her when it comes time to provide the service. They told us that our stuff was going to be picked up "Thursday the 28th or Friday the 29th" and that it would be scheduled at the beginning of the week. We tried calling all day Monday leaving messages and nobody picked up until late in the day and they tell us they dont know which day it will be because they schedule it on Wednesday. So Wednesday rolls around and again we hear nothing. My partner is stressed out all day on Thursday trying to get a hold of someone and finally hears at 4:50PM that they wil be here to load our stuff between 4-6PM. THE DAY OF AT 3:08PM I get a call that the truck was overfilled and they wont be able to get to us until "Sunday or Monday" We are moving across the country and have to be out of our apartment on Sunday. Thanks so very much Revoltion for making an already stressful event even worse. Do you know how hard it is to work this stuff out last min on a Friday evening in Los Angeles? My apologies to the woman on the phone who go my wrath when she had to break it to me that they couldnt provide the service I booked. Save yourself the headache and stress and use someone else.
