  • The doctors here seem to be fine but the office is behind the times and horribly inefficient. They don't email appointment information or text message. For a Tuesday appointment my reminder call was on Friday (by Tuesday I will have forgotten that reminder). The appointments are never on time. For my latest, I was told to arrive at 1:45 to check in for my follow up appointment, which I did, but didn't see the doctor until 3:30. An office this big should have their shit together better than this.
