One of my favorite spots to visit in Las Vegas and the best buffet that I've found in town. Selection is insane and the quality is very good. Go early for dinner and avoid the crowds (but caution, the food might have been sitting out as it hasn't been turned.) They do keep the buffet items refreshed as the crowds hit and the quality doesn't diminish. Don't forget the dessert room in the middle. Sunday brunch crowd can be ridiculous and the wait up to 45 minutes or so just to get inside. Expensive but worth it.
Two thumbs up: service, quality, variety, wow-factor.
