  • Dr. Helen Ross earns a big 5 stars for her holistic approach to dermatology. Unfortunately, I received a letter today from West Dermatology advising me that Dr. Helen Ross will no longer be with West Dermatology after May 27, 2012. It looks like I have to start a new search for a quality, holistic dermatology doctor. The office is located across from the old Mesa Lutheran Hospital on Brown Road. Parking is pretty far from the main entrance and once you are in the building you need to take an elevator to the 4th floor. The lobby is too small for the number of patients and they expect that you will fill out extensive paper work on-line (yeh, right, just try that on dial-up). The office staff does not seem very friendly. I would rate the office 3 stars. Bottom line: 3 stars for the office and 5 stars for Dr. Helen Ross.
