New company, Pinnacle. DO NOT let maintenance in your apartment without being present. Maintenance damaged the locks on my cabinets for my toddler. When bringing it to their attention, they refused to replace/reimburse me for them and had the audacity to send maintenance back to fix what they already fixed (sink disposal).
Just to be clear, they wanted to send maintenance back to my apartment to fix what was fixed. Unacceptable.
I've been a resident here for years and never had issues with the last company. All of the staff members are hospitable and very friendly but their lack of resolution is very upsetting. I don't think reimbursing me for their damages worth $30 would make or break this company but someone in that office thinks otherwise.
