While I mostly like the building, I cannot recommend living here due to the management. We moved into Skysong apartments back in Oct 2014. At that time, the building had not been sold to MAA Communities and we loved it! Probably 6 months later, the building was sold to MAA and everything went down hill very quickly. Immediately, the new management pulled lots of the small perks that attracted us to the property in the first place. The front office is a nightmare (and rude to boot) to deal with. When it came time to renew, we were repeatedly lied to. Ultimately, we informed them that we were going to move and magically, the renewal price was reduced to a reasonable level. We should not have renewed. And whoever is in charge of the remodel (including outside and inside the front office) should be fired. Clearly, you guys don't know what you're doing. We moved out in April 2016 (a few months ago). I wish I had the energy to outline every grievance I have against the management here, but I don't. Renter beware.
