  • I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture again. I had the worst experience today from their third party delivery service to the point I had to ask him to leave my home. I watch this driver take a object and whack my furniture twice, thus breaking the edge of it and when I confronted him about it he had the audacity to lie to my face. I should have known this was going to go wrong when I went to the pineville location to cancel the order and the regional manager wanted to charge me a 400.00 fee to cancel. Buyers beware. Go else where to buy. Ashley Furniture has gone downhill.
